Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how 99 Strategic Solutions LLC (“99,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through our website and in the course of delivering services, whether engaged directly or through a third-party platform.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide via our website forms (name, business name, email, phone, message content).
  • Subscription-profile information you provide when starting a trial or subscription — such as your company name, contact details, and business/capability profile (e.g., NAICS codes, size, agencies of interest) — used to match public opportunities to you. [SUBSCRIPTION]
  • Project/client data you submit to us for the purpose of receiving Services (e.g., datasets, files, business information).
  • Usage data, if analytics tools are enabled on our website (e.g., pages visited, browser type, general location derived from IP address).
  • Payment information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) or by the third-party platform through which an engagement originated; 99 does not directly store full payment card details.

We do not collect the contents of your Gmail or other mailboxes; where we send email on your behalf or correspond with you, we handle only the messages exchanged with us.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver requested Services.
  • To operate subscription services — matching publicly available government opportunities to your stated profile and delivering periodic briefings. [SUBSCRIPTION]
  • To process and clean client-submitted data solely for the purpose of the contracted engagement.
  • To communicate with clients and prospects about ongoing or prospective engagements (see Section 6, Marketing Communications).
  • To improve our website and services (aggregated, non-identifying usage data only).

4. Public Government Data [SUBSCRIPTION]

Our subscription services rely on publicly available federal contracting information (such as SAM.gov and USASpending.gov). Information about awards, solicitations, and contractors that is already public through those systems is not private information we collect from you; we organize and summarize it. We do not control, and are not responsible for the accuracy of, those government sources.

5. Client Project Data

Data submitted to us as part of a service engagement is used solely to perform that engagement. We do not sell client data, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it to train or fine-tune any AI model without explicit written client consent. Where service delivery involves processing through third-party AI tools (such as large language model APIs), we select providers whose terms prohibit using submitted data for their own model training, and we recommend clients avoid submitting data they are not authorized to share in this manner. Client project data is retained only as long as necessary to complete and verify the engagement (see Terms of Service) and is deleted thereafter unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Marketing Communications [SUBSCRIPTION]

We may send business-development or marketing emails, including to businesses whose contact information is publicly available in connection with government contracting. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our physical mailing address, and provides a way to opt out. We honor opt-out requests promptly and comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Service-related (transactional) emails necessary to deliver a subscription are not marketing messages.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for basic analytics purposes (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not currently use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including: hosting providers, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), email delivery providers, freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork) for engagements sourced there, and AI/automation tooling providers used to deliver Services. These providers are bound by their own privacy and data-handling terms.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client and visitor information, including local/in-house data handling practices for sensitive client datasets rather than routing them through unnecessary third-party cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry. Subscription-profile information is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted within a reasonable period after cancellation. Client project data retention is described in Section 5 above.

11. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or submitted project data by contacting us at info@99strategicsolutions.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website and Services are not directed at individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
